What we really thought or planned about is not happening which is increasing frustration inside us. More women are affected by depression than men.The COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting economic recession have negatively affected many people’s mental health and created new barriers for people already suffering from mental illness.

Reaching out is not a sign of weakness and it won’t mean you’re a burden to others. Your loved ones care about you and want to help.
