Happy Dhanteras 2021

Dhanteras, which is also known as Dhanatrayodashi marks the beginning of the five-day long festivities for Diwali. On this day, which is considered extremely auspicious, people purchase gold and silver in the form of jewellery and utensils. Idols of Goddess Lakshmi and Lord Ganesh, who are worshipped on Diwali, are also purchased on this day. This year, the day will be celebrated on November 2.

‘Dhan’ means wealth and ‘teras’ means the 13th day of the moon cycle. Devotees pay their respects to Lord Kubera, the God of Wealth, and Goddess Lakshmi, on this auspicious day.

It is celebrated on the thirteenth lunar day of Krishna Paksha (dark fortnight) in the Hindu calendar month of Kartika. Dhanvantari, who is also worshipped on the occasion of Dhanteras, is considered the God of Ayurveda who imparted the wisdom of Ayurveda for the betterment of mankind, and to help rid it of the suffering of disease. The Indian ministry of Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy, announced its decision to observe Dhanteras, as the “National Ayurveda Day”, which was first observed on 28 October 2016. Usually, Gujarati families will enjoy a meal of daal baath and malpura to ring in the new year.

Cry It Out

I am muscular feminine person and I cry when I’m sad , and I’m happy that it makes me a human;

“Mard ko Dard nahin hota” ( a real man doesn’t feel pain), dear mard if you get beaten with a whip on your flesh irrespective of you being a sadist or masochist you should feel the pain , because if you don’t then that’s a big problem and you might be having congenital analgesia, which sadly is incurable, and having that doesn’t make you brave at all, as pain serves the important evolutionary purpose of alerting us to potential life threatening injuries.

Although students from all over the world are taught science up to grade 10 (at least) and by then we all are aware of how to scientifically identify a person’s gender , yet some sexist men out there taunt other men for crying out his feelings, or for whatever might be the reason, to ‘stop being a damn women!’

All my dear human beings irrespective of how you identify yourself , nature has gifted us all with hypothalamus which controls our emotions and thus, tear glands are stimulated to produce tears. Also tears act as a physiological barriers and is good for our skins as it kills foreign microbes naturally (being knowledgeable is good for health too).

So, to all t.h.o.s.e men – who consider themselves as strong, powerful, indifferent, unemotional, and heroes; Stop It! Get Some Help!

Bollywood : The Shehenshah Of Romanticising Trash

Haseena maan jayegi – a very popular movie and song with disturbing lyrics like “kab tak ruthegi chikhegi chilayegi , dil kehta hain ek din haseena man jayegi” (until when will the girl get annoyed , angry , and shout at me, my heart says that one day she will accept me) has been undoubtedly one of our favourite songs from 90s . Amazing and exciting isn’t it to see a boy persistently pursue a girl and her ultimately giving in to his so called ‘charms'(note my sarcasm).

Well to be very honest, while watching a romantic movie, we all get angsty and frustrated as to why the female lead ain’t accepting the male lead , when he is so charming , decent , dashing , perfect …loading more adjectives… man? Yeah , the personality and the decency of the hero in any movie is justified in the very beginning or at the end (well anyhow it is justified) and so his relentless pursual is somehow defended by the writer and as a third person we might like it , but the moment we compare the situation in reality it becomes a horror genre.

If the same situation was to unfold in reality , what the girl has to face is just relentless pursuals for what reasons ? Oh yeah – ” I fell for you at first glance “, “Don’t smile , or else I’ll fall for you”, and such creepy lines ; sometimes stalking and threatening as well . Also the situation with many male leads ain’t very good either , many movies like Housefull 4 showcased how a woman makes her crush drunk and the next morning puts false rape charges on him so that he accepts her as his girlfriend to save her sanctity (cue eye roll!); which is very disturbing and should be highly condemned for romanticising garbage.

Its high time for Bollywood to stop glorifying catcalling and stalking; and come in terms with reality so they can stop polluting the brains of teenagers with their trash!

How Many Times???

How many times,
I have to die while writing a poem.
Not even a single word can define myself.
I’m dissolving the pain inside of
People who are far away from me,
Even they don’t know I am existing.
A plenty of years have passed
In Screaming, But not a single sign of them, I can see.
I am still waiting and will be waiting.
It’s already January
And I am loosing the count
But I promise to stay solitary,
That’s what I am proud of.

Intel unveils 12th Gen Alder Lake processor

After months of leaks and rumours, Intel has finally unveiled their 12th generation Intel Core Desktop processors, codenamed Alder Lake. This new generation of CPUs will make use of Intel’s performance hybrid architecture and will be built on the Intel 7 process.

The entire 12th generation family will consist of a total of 60 processors, and to start with, Intel will be launching 6 six new unlocked desktop processors on November 4th, 2021. These chips will be the first from Intel to use their hybrid architecture, which uses a combination of Performance-cores (P-cores) and Efficient-cores (E-cores).

A feature of the 12th Gen Core processors is the Intel Thread Director technology, which enables the two new core microarchitectures to work seamlessly together by guiding the operating system to place the right thread on the right core at the right time.

They are built on the Intel 7 process, and will support a number of upcoming technologies such as DDR5 memory for up to 4800MT/s, PCIe 5.0 technology up to 16 lanes, up to 30MB Intel Smart Cache (L3) and 14MB L2 cache, Wi-Fi 6E and of course, Thunderbolt 4. The K-series processors will come with integrated graphics, which are called Intel UHD Graphics 770.

As mentioned above, Intel will be launching 6 processors to start with on November 4th, 2021. They range from Core i5 CPUs to Core i9 CPUs, and at the top is the flagship Core i9-12900K. It features 8 P-cores with hyperthreading and 8 E-cores, and will support a maximum boost frequency of 5.2GHz.

The 6 new 12th Gen Intel Core desktop processors are available now for pre-order from participating OEMs, channel partners, and retailers. They will priced starting at $264 (Approx. Rs. 19,775) and go up to $589 (Approx. Rs. 44,119).
